We have the option to pay term fees at checkout, if you would like more time to pay, please select 'pay in person' at checkout, an invoice will be sent out to you and due within two weeks of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Wolfpack Holiday Camps - Bookings must be made online in advance to secure your child’s spot. Full payment is required at the time of booking. If your child can’t attend, please let us know as early as possible by emailing or texting us. If we need to cancel the camp for any reason, a full refund or credit will be offered. Booking Policy for Wolfpack Weekly Trainings - If you choose to pay by invoice, payment must be made within three weeks of your booking. Term fees are set for the full term. If a session is missed, we are unable to offer refunds for individual trainings. We’re happy for new participants to have a one-off trial before committing. However, once a booking is confirmed for the full term, refunds are not available. Thank you for understanding and being part of the Wolfpack!
